Tom Terry Loan Officer

Tom's multi-faceted background has always involved working with people and striving toward the highest levels of customer service. His personal commitment to honesty and integrity brought him to the mortgage industry in 1994. He was a mortgage educator, teaching loan officers about refinance and setting standards for customer service. Later, Tom worked with owner/builders to finance lot loans, construction, bridge loans, niche and long term financing. He is also well acquainted with home improvement, seconds and specialty or hard to fund loans.
