With over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Steve is well versed in all aspects of real estate transactions. His real estate career began after a business/real estate focus at Boise State University. He was one of the top three salespersons in newly developed projects in McCall and Sun Valley Idaho. He then moved on San Francisco, California and became a licensed real estate appraiser. Consistently providing great service for his clients, he ranked #1 or #2 due to quick, reliable, quality valuations resulting in a large volume of repeat business. Continuing to expand his base of real estate knowledge led to becoming a licensed real estate agent and commercial loan broker for one of the largest independent commercial loan brokers in California. This was a fantastic experience in research, underwriting and placement of large ($3 million and up+) loans in the financial capital markets.
