David Boock Loan Officer

David has been a resident of Ketchum Idaho since 1981. As a building contractor he came to the valley to build homes for clients cultivated in Kirkwood Meadows, California. Soon after that he enterred the field of property management, specifically vacation home management. This lead to improvement projects and remodels. Many of these clients, thrilled with Dave's skill as a contractor, put him to work on there primary residences across the country in such places as Lake Bluff, Illinois, East Hampton, New York, and a private Island in the Bahamas.

Although still building and managing properties, a while back Dave took on yet another career - Serving your mortgage and financial needs. He finds the world of finance intriguing and fascinating. His latest passion is finding the best loan program for your new home, refinancing for debt consolidation, home improvement or business. The company motto: "We make dreams come true" is appropriate.
